ABOUT US
Chichester Cattery is situated in the West Sussex countryside just one mile from the historic city of Chichester.

The cattery opened in the summer of 1999 and was founded by mother and son, Lillian and Matt de Lacy. Their goal was to create a cattery in which they would be happy to leave their own cats.
Matt has been the owner and manager of the business since it started in 1999 and has overseen its expansion ever since. He has his own Welsh Collie called Rosie and claims co-ownership of the resident cattery cat, Woody.
Working alongside Matt is Assistant Manager Jan, who has worked at the Cattery since 2003. She has in the region of 35 rabbits and guinea pigs, 3 dogs, a parrot and fish. Jan can often be found assisting in the grooming parlour with larger dogs and with the cat grooming.
The cattery is built to the latest Environmental Health Standards and it is licensed by Chichester District Council, who also inspect the cattery on a regular basis to ensure that high standard are met and maintained.
The visiting cats enjoy large individually heated and insulated chalets and spacious runs.

Family units are available at reasonable rates upon request.

And for your peace of mind, we welcome inspections.
The aims of the cattery are:
